Ganesh Radhakrishnan
Chief Executive Officer

Prior to founding WFT in 2000, Radhakrishnan held management positions in Deloite Consulting and Hewlett-Packard in Europe. While at HP Ganesh managed HP's SAP testing labs and lead the HP team that developed server cluster services. Prior to HP, Radhakrishnan was a technology advisor and consultant to Kuwait government.

In addition to founding WFT in the U.S. and creating WFT's India Operations group, Radhakrishnan is also the visionary behind WFT's Mozhi software for SAP. WFT's Mozhi provides SAP GUI automation for such tasks as an SAP Refresh or disaster recovery restart.

Radhakrishnan holds U.S. Patents on Buffered Mouse, advanced degrees in Math & Computer Science and graduated in the Top 10 from the prestigious India Institute of Technology.

Mahesh Reddy
Chief Technology Officer

One of the founding employees and principals of WFT, Reddy is responsible for ensuring WFT stays in the lead by developing our leading-edge solutions. Reddy has overall responsibility for solutions integration and technical content, and has been a driving force behind WFT's SAP integration and technology developments for the past 7 years. He is also responsible for recommending and guiding the appropriate technology solutions to the multiple SME teams within the company.

A 12 year technology industry veteran with experience in business continuance and disaster recovery implementations, his core experience is in building the infrastructure necessary to run the enterprise applications and services. Reddy prior experience is in the areas of systems administration and networking.

Reddy holds a Masters degree in Computer Networking and certifications in SAP NetWeaver 04, EMC, NetApp and Cisco.

Praveen Gadura
Vice President of Operations

Gadura comes to WFT from UNISYS, where he had overall responsibility for service delivery for the key clients in the Philadelphia region. At WFT, Gadura is responsible for overall consulting services operations, technical staffing, and delivery management.

A 16 year industry veteran, Gadura has been instrumental in the growth and success of WFT.

Rajeev Madathiveetil
Vice President of SAP Practice

Rajeev is responsible for the growth and management of WFT's SAP Practice. Rajeev has been working with SAP for over 15+ years and has attained mastery level in SAP NetWeaver. Leading numerous full-lifecycle projects, he has been responsible for creating and implementing innovative SAP infrastructure solutions for variuos fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining WFT, Rajeev was an SAP Solution Architect and consultant. In this role, he was exposed to multiple SAP Modules including R/3/ECC, BW, CRM and Portal. Rajeev was also responsible for the leading SAP Implementation projects with a focus on infrastructure. He has partnered with numerous technology groups and implemnetation teams to design and implement optimal architectures for SAP solutions. He was involved in multiple SAP R/3 implementations across diverse geographical locations and mutiple upgrades from 4.6xs to Netweaver. Rajeev's prior experience includes SAP implementation at companies such as Shell Oil, DEC, Barnes and Noble and HP.

KC Mahesh brings with him his extensive experience in value added IT Implementations. KC is a Seasoned Information Technology Professional with more than 15 years of experience in successfully delivering many large projects for major companies with emphasis on compliance and computer system validation. KC has a well-rounded view of People, Process and Technology with specific focus on Pharmaceutical industry. KC's expertise include strong Business Process Management skills with emphasis on SIX Sigma methodology; delivering strategic global solutions in the Master Data Management, Data Architecture/standards area. KC's experience is complemented with his very strong skill set in project management, consensus building across functional/cross organizational elements, managing global initiatives, prioritization of business requirements, scope development, resource coordination, innovative problem solving, and strong communication skills blended with a very strong conflict management skills.

KC has a Master's degree, and is a Certified Computer System Validation (CSV) professional.
